Since our formation in 2021, we've built a strong portfolio of diverse projects across the ‘living’ and creative sectors spanning student accommodation, co-living, single family housing, build-to-rent, mixed-use regeneration, and film studios.

To date, we’ve led the planning or delivery of over 2,000 student & residential units and across London and the South East, 1.4 million sq ft of film studio space.

Our work spans planning strategy, feasibility, procurement, delivery & handover including stepping in to resolve stalled projects, navigate complexity, and recover value.

Mike Myles - MRICS
Director


Mike is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ of experience in property development and client-side project management. Having held senior roles at Mace Developments, Land Securities & Future Generation, Mike brings deep expertise across all aspects of the development lifecycle.

Over the past decade, he has focused on the ‘living’ sector delivering large-scale residential, student accommodation and complex mixed-use schemes. His strengths lie in navigating financial strategy, legal structures, funding arrangements and key stakeholder interfaces.

Luke Engmann - MRICS
Director


Luke is a Chartered Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience. With a dual background in consultancy and client-side roles including at Future Generation, Unite Students and EC Harris. Luke combines strategic foresight with hands on delivery.

He leads on planning, design and specification development, procurement and construction delivery adding value at every stage. His strength lies in unlocking development potential through intelligent planning strategy, detailed design leadership and commercially grounded decision-making.

Specialising in Purpose-Built Living and emerging asset classes, Luke brings deep expertise in aligning technical delivery with client vision, ensuring projects move from concept to completion with clarity, pace and impact.

Paul Jackson
Director


Paul Jackson is a dynamic, results-driven professional with over 15 years’ experience in real estate development and project management, spanning both consultancy and client-side roles.

Joining RENU from Revantage Real Estate, where he previously managed capex-funded developments for the Blackstone portfolio across the UK and Ireland. He has successfully delivered more than 700,000 sq ft NIA of CAT A and CAT B office refurbishments, while driving improvements in EPC ratings, implementing decarbonisation strategies, and securing key ESG accreditations for prime commercial spaces in London, Birmingham, and Dublin.

Recognised as a confident communicator, skilled negotiator, and pragmatic problem-solver, Paul maintains a strong focus on risk, value, and opportunity management. His project portfolio includes landmark refurbishment schemes such as Broadgate Quarter, Chiswick Park, 25–31 Adelaide Road, and 75 St Stephen’s Green.
