Residential for sale - 1540 units, 35% affordable; 11 buildings- 7 to 46 storeys; 145,000 sq ft basement; 90,000 sq ft commercial, retail, community space.
Mike led the development team on the new planning application whilst at Mace Developments (from 722 to 1540 units), which was submitted in September 2018, and the demolition / enabling / basement works.

Student - 862 beds; 7-10 storeys; 15,000 sq ft retail unit at ground floor.
Luke delivered the scheme through the planning, design and procurement stages to site whilst at Unite Student Housing.

Student - 440 beds, 84% shared apartments / 16% studios; 7-10 storeys; 15,000 sq ft community space; 10,000 sq ft sky lounge.
Luke led the planning, design and procurement process and contractual negotiations with the main contractor.
Guildford
Student - 533 beds; 84% shared apartments / 16% studios; 6-storeys; 10,000 sq ft sky lounge and Les Mills gym; 1,500 sq. ft. community use.
Mike/Luke delivered the scheme to site whilst at Future Generation.

Student – 556 beds; 10-storeys; fully modular construction.
Luke delivered the scheme whilst at Unite Student Housing.

Residential for sale - 25 units, all private with commuted affordable housing payment; basement car parking and plant; JV with charity landowner.
Mike led the delivery of the development from achieving an improved planning consent through to successful completion and sale of the scheme.
Edinburgh
Student - 318 beds and warden flat; 4-6 storeys.
Mike acquired the site, secured planning and then delivered the scheme whilst at Mace Developments. Forward funded by Edinburgh University’s Endowment Fund.
Glasgow
Mixed use scheme comprising 135 private for sale residential units; 377 build to rent units; 124 key boutique hotel; 597 student beds; 55,000 sq ft ground floor commercial retail.
Mike acquired the site whilst at Mace Developments with JV partners Mercer Real Estate, secured planning and then sold to build to rent investors, Inhabit.
Colchester
Student - 229 beds, 60% shared apartments / 40% studios; 5-8 storeys, 5,000 sq ft ground floor river lounge with Les Mills Gym.
Luke secured permission and delivered the scheme whilst at Future Generation
Sheffield
Student - 533 beds; 84% shared apartments / 16% studios; 6-storeys; 10,000 sq ft sky lounge and Les Mills gym; 1,500 sq ft community use.
Mike delivered the scheme whilst at Future Generation.
Cork
Student - 623 beds, 90% shared apartments / 10% studios; 7-10 storeys; 2,500 sq ft employment unit at ground floor; 3,200 sq ft sky lounge with river view.
Luke led the design driving an enhanced planning consent (from 484 to 623 beds) for the scheme whilst at Future Generation.
