The client, Half Million, is a Saudi Arabian coffee shop brand with twenty-nine shops in Saudi Arabia. The client was keen to open a London flagship ‘grab and go’ style coffee shop on Oxford Street opposite the well-known Selfridges store. RENU DM was appointed in July 2023 to advise on the lease, mobilise a consultant team and translate 1/2M’s vision into deliverable design and procurement. RENU DM secured the necessary consents, negotiated a construction contract and delivered the scheme in a challenging location, all within five months from start to finish.
